We’re running a Lean Coffee session focused on Scrum, the roles, events and artefacts and anything else you want to chat about the Scrum framework - Lean coffee is an informal chat with shared topics and zero prep needed. This Lean Coffee session is aimed at people who have attend our Introduction to Scrum online or e-learning courses but is open to anyone with questions about Scrum. What is Lean Coffee:
Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, agree things to talk about, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because items to discuss were democratically generated.
You and other members will share knowledge, discuss options, challenge assumptions, unlearn, and learn together.
Maybe you have a question on your mind, a problem that you might want to crowd source possible solutions, techniques for effective leadership or you want to share something that worked or some lessons. You are free to raise any work related topics you like.
The primary focus of this Lean Coffee session will be to answer your questions, comments and concerns about Scrum that might not have been answered or addressed in the e-Learning. We can discuss other related issues too if needed.
Eligibility
You must complete Introduction to Scrum (e-Learning) first via the Scottish Digital Academy.
